O Treasured Travelers

When looking to book your flights, vehicle, and/or abode look no further than Charleston, SC!

CHS (Charleston International Airport) is around 30 minutes from the venue. CHS offers direct flights from and to most major cities. A flight from Green Bay (GRB) to CHS will have 1 layover most likely in Atlanta or Charlotte. Round trip for this trip with one-layover both ways, as of the first week of August, is around $500. Alternatively, Milwaukee (MKE) to CHS is around $350.

If you are looking to fly into another major airport or do not have a satisfactory line to CHS; here are some alternate airports to consider!

ATL (Atlanta International): The largest airport in the relative vicinity! Bone-creaking 4 ½ hour drive to our venue, ATL may be a fantastic spot to catch a quick layover - Airport also has the best TGIFriday’s you’ve ever had and I’m not kidding!

HHH (Hilton Head Island Airport): A fantastic alternative to CHS, HHH will find you only 2 hours south of our venue! Enjoy a fantastic drive over the rivers and inlets of the Coastal Empire.

SAV (Savannah/Hilton Head International): A small but quickly growing airport and city considered a major international airport, but don’t confuse it for HHH or HHH for SAV despite the name! You’ll find yourself around 2 hours south on a straighter shot, but less oceanic drive to the venue.

MYR (Myrtle Beach International): Quick 2 ½ jump to the venue; enjoy incredible seafood and sights as you cruise the coastline to Charleston, then slightly inland to Lovegrove!

CLT (Charlotte Douglas International): Charlotte, NC brings you 3 hours from our venue!

ILM (Wilmington International): A bit further north along the coast of MYR, around 4 hours from our venue.

Enterprise, National, or Alamo Car Rentals are recommended if you plan to rent a ride! I personally recommend this tri-brand, especially at airports! The Cheapest Rates Anyone Can Book will be through Costco, Sam's Club, AMEX, and other affiliated business’ subscriptions you may already have! Just navigate to that business’ designated ‘travel benefits’ page to check your benefits and utilize rewards.

If you do not have any specials available (and even if you do!), simply download the National Emerald Club app, create an account with a credit card, and you’ll automatically be offered slightly discounted rates as well as flexibility into better vehicle options upon pickup!

Once you sign up for the Emerald Club, it is attached to your drivers license number and can be used internationally, even when booking with National through third-party sites like Costco, Amex, Delta, Hilton, Kayak, etc!

If you plan to utilize a debit card, regardless of what company, they will require your round-trip flight confirmation AND an additional deposit of $200-400 that is refunded to you upon return.

The National Emerald Club will enable you to book for an Economy Car, or whatever the cheapest vehicle is, and you will be offered a Full Size Sedan at minimum. If you’d like an SUV, I highly recommend booking for a Compact SUV, as Emerald Club typically only stocks Intermediate SUVs and above (such as Nissan Rogue, Toyota Rav4, and Ford Escape). Super insider secret? Ask for a minivan; 24 MPG+ with space for you, the whole family, and the comically sized wedding gift!… Or you just may be offered a more premium vehicle option, win win!
